Types of Folder Gluer
 

1.Semi-automatic folder gluer machine

Semi-automatic gluing machine is mainly used for large packaging boxes and corrugated boxes (boxes) and other cartons that cannot be glued by automatic gluing machine. Its structure is simple, the shape of the equipment is large, strong, reliable, easy to use and debugging, high frequency of use, almost all boxes can be made on the semi-automatic gluer.

2.Automatic folder gluer machine

There are usually three types of automatic carton gluing machines.

Ordinary type edge paste gluer: With the most basic functions of folding on both sides and edge paste on both sides, this kind of gluer has the highest market share and the widest range of application, and is the most basic gluing equipment instead of manual gluing.

Pre-folded box gluer (four sides): Ordinary box gluers and manual box gluers can only fold two sides, and the other two sides are only indented but not folded, so it is not very easy to open the carton and easy to jam on the automatic loading line. The pre-folded cartons are easy to open and suitable for automatic loading and packaging machines.

Gluing machine with hook bottom: It is the most complicated equipment among all kinds of gluing machines and the most difficult to debug. It not only has the functions of the above two types of gluing machines, but also can fold and paste the bottom of the box. Boxes glued in this way are particularly easy to open when in use, and the bottom is already glued, so there is no need to insert the bottom manually, which is called automatic bottom in the industry.
