Feeding Unit
• Accurate and smooth feeding is ensured by an electric paper stacking vibration mechanism, several thickening belts of the highest caliber, and an independent motor frequency converter drive.
• The feeding units' mechanisms are all easily and conveniently adjustable, which reduces the setup and job switching times.
• Two sets of primary and auxiliary knives are provided for feeding.

Side Registration Unit
• It can fold products that must go through the automatic packing line by 180 degrees on the first creasing line and 135 degrees on the third creasing line. To make opening the product easier while filling it with material possible. It can also serve as a backup function for boxes that need to be folded repeatedly.

Pre-folding Unit
• It is suitable for the products that need to enter the automatic packing line, folding first creasing line by 180 degrees and the third creasing line by 135 degrees. To facilitate the opening of the product when filling the material.

Crash Lock Bottom Unit
• Various sizes for the entire set of lock bottom components to guarantee precise and seamless manufacture of various lock bottom box sizes.
• The retractable design of the top pressure transmitter allows for flexible adjustment in accordance with various lock bottom boxes.
• Simple to use, open mechanism design makes it easy to build and dismantle.

Gluing Unit
• The glue volume individuality can be microadjusted using the left and right bottom gluing units.

Final Folding Unit
• Extended long journey design, allowing the paperboard to extend to its maximum length and allowing the second and fourth lines to organically take on their desired shapes.
• The folding belts on the left and right may be separately adjusted by 180 degrees.

Trombone Unit
• The independent driving of the upper and bottom transporters makes them appropriate for a variety of long and short boxes.

Conveying Unit
