⑷ Set the heating time. Press and hold the "SETTING BUTTON" key and set it to a suitable value, generally between 0.5-2.0 seconds.
⑸ Check the sealing quality and adjust the settings. According to the different materials, diameters of containers and production efficiency, appropriately adjust the "SETTING BUTTON" key to achieve the best sealing quality.
⑹ Turn on the machine and place the material. Put the cardboard to be packaged into the feeding device to ensure that the cardboard is flat and undamaged. Adjust the position of the feeding device so that the cardboard can enter the machine smoothly.
⑺ Operate the control panel. Operate the buttons on the control panel to perform operations such as carton forming, sealing, and trimming. Please make sure to follow the correct operating sequence to avoid machine damage caused by improper operation.
⑻ Take out the finished product. After the machine completes production, take out the finished product from the discharge port. When taking out the finished product, be careful to avoid finger injuries.
In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life, it is also necessary to pay attention to daily maintenance and cleaning, including regular inspections of whether the connections of the various parts of the machine are tight and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.
